Our company performs repair, prefabrication and installation works for pipelines and technological equipment (heat exchangers, tanks, columns, aerators, reactors, boilers). We have been working since 1994 in the petrochemical, energy, oil, and gas fields. We have accumulated experience and know how to be able to offer services at the highest level. We own:
- welding equipment for MIG/MAG, SMAW, GTAW processes
- cutting machines: CNC oxyfuel, plasma, mechanical
- sheet metal, pipe, profiles, roll bending machines - maximum thickness of rolled sheet 20 mm
- tube boring machines
- machines for heat treatment of welded joints
- sandblasting plant
- painting installation: with airless compressed air
TOTALMONTAJ gained its reputation through the quality of the welds executed between various metal materials:
- carbon steels
- steels weakly alloyed with Cr, Mo, Ni
- stainless steel
- INCONEL alloy
Welds are executed based on approved procedures (WPS/WPQR) in accordance with:
- PT ISCIR CR 7
- SR EN ISO 15614-1 / 15609-1
- ASME SECT. IX
Our welders are authorized / certified according to:
- PT ISCIR CR 9
- SR EN ISO 9606-1
- ASME SECT. IX
